This was Joan's second clutch, following her first in 1997.  These Aquaman-sired babies hatched in early April, and were maternally incubated.  All 16 eggs hatched, and these six keepers were culled.  All but one died in the infamous 1999 kidney disaster.  I ended up pulling another baby back from the for-sale stock after losing the others, which turned out to be a female, Alice.
