| Joan Collins, who
passed away early in 2003 from reproductive complications, gave me my first
clutch of eighteen chondros in April, 1997. These maternally
incubated babies hatched in a two gallon plastic ice cream bucket on day 49.
I will never forget that magical moment. I was foolish not to have
held back any animals from this clutch, although several are in collections
known to me. If I ever break down and buy a scanner, I will publish a few of the 35mm prints I have of the babies. |
